Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY We strive to support as many clients as possible, and we kindly request that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel/reschedule. This provides us an opportunity to accommodate others that have been waiting for an appointment. Please note that any cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of $50 per hour. If cancellation is made without providing at least 6 hours notice, the full session fee will be charged. CLIENT & COACH AGREEMENT This outlines our commitment to you, our valued clients, as well as your commitment to us. Please review and initial to confirm your agreement. Our sessions are a judgment-free zone, and we will hear you with open hearts and minds and will keep everything shared in total confidentiality (unless required to be legally reported). YOUR COMMITMENT TO US Coaching works like so many other things in life – the more you put into it, the more you get out of it. We invite you to open your heart to all the new possibilities available to you, to stay present with the process, to be willing to change and grow and see things differently, to ask for whatever you need, to share your most honest thoughts and feelings, and to put into practice what we explore together. It is helpful to come to each session on time and with renewed commitment. We know your time is precious, and we want to make the absolute most of our moments together and to serve and support you as best as possible. We truly look forward to the journey ahead and supporting you in every way we can! ONLINE COACHING SESSIONS We offer a free 30-minute Discovery Session for us to get acquainted and learn more about how we can support you on your journey. Our weekly coaching sessions typically run between 60 to 70 minutes. Sessions will take place online, via Zoom. You'll receive an emailed meeting link within 30 minutes of our session together. This link will direct you to the Zoom waiting room, then we'll promptly start our session at it's scheduled time. All sessions will be scheduled in Mountain Standard Time (MST), so please adjust your local time accordingly.
